With 5 individual conference rooms all with natural daylight, The Swan Hotel is the ideal place to hold meetings for up to 100 delegates.

The Parrot Room located on the first floor overlooks the magnificent architecture of the West Front of Wells Cathedral.

Three further conference rooms are located in our recently refurbished conference centre which boasts a separate organisers office, air conditioning and black out blinds.

The largest room, the Oak Room opens out on to a walled garden and boasts a break-out area as well as a separate bar area for refreshments.

The Bishop's Palace in Wells is a most beautiful and tranquil setting in which to arrange a Seminar, Conference or Training Course.

From the moment your delegates cross the drawbridge over the moat and enter the attractive grounds through the gatehouse they will realise that this is a venue with a difference. Everyone will appreciate the totally private and quiet environment in which to conduct a day's business.

We are able to cater for a wide range of events - from receptions with a roaring log fire in the medieval entrance hall, an intimate Board meeting for up to ten people in the Panelled Room and up to 120 seated in the Conference Room.

Our catering staff provide morning and afternoon tea and coffee plus a wide variety of lunch menus for any of these numbers in the fully licensed Undercroft. We can offer an inclusive price to include coffee and biscuits on arrival and mid morning, a two-course lunch and tea and coffee in the afternoon.

Our small team of staff are here to ensure your day proceeds smoothly and we are able to provide up to 10 car parking spaces for you and your delegates.
